EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Children’s Day Celebration 2024 was organized by SRM College of Physiotherapy to honor the joy, creativity, and innocence of children while fostering a spirit of collaboration between physiotherapy students and schoolchildren. Held on 14th November 2024 at the SRM Auditorium, Tiruchirappalli, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation and lively cultural performances.
The event featured 50 students from CWC School, Trichy, who joined the college’s undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students in delivering a diverse array of cultural programs. The performances ranged from traditional dances and musical presentations to contemporary acts, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
The celebration was hosted by the esteemed Prof. Dr. V.P.R. Sivakumar, Dean of the College of Physiotherapy, SRMIST, whose encouraging words and leadership set a joyful tone for the day. His active involvement added a special touch to the celebrations, making it a memorable experience for all participants.
This event served as a platform to strengthen the bond between the physiotherapy community and the younger generation, highlighting the importance of creativity, inclusivity, and shared joy.
