The Professional Lecture Series I was held on 26-09-2024 at APJ Abdul Kalam Hall, SRM IST, Trichy. Resource Person is Prof Dr.Balachandar, Principal, Jaya College of Physiotherapy, Chennai presented a topic on “Role of Physiotherapy in Neurological conditions”.
Dr.Balachandar shared his insights and had a brief discussion on neurological assessment with physiotherapy students. This lecture will help students analyze, assess, diagnose, and frame a plan of care for neurological patients during their practice. The students were actively engaged as the chief guest shared his inputs on various aspects of neurological cases. This lecture has been an exciting way for undergraduate physiotherapy students to ignite their interest in the neurology elective.
