SRM College of physiotherapy, Tiruchirappalli celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga in the theme of “YOGA FOR SELF AND SOCIETY “at SRM auditorium on 21.06.2024.

In this occasion, Dr.V.P.R.sivakumar Ph.D., Assistant Director delivered welcoming address. Dr.N. Malmurugan Director, SRMIST delivered a special address and yoga instructor J. Chandrasekarn as a guest lecturer & 250 BPT students, faculty’s came together to commemorate the 10th International Day of Yoga.

Our campus was a hive of activity, harmony, and serenity. We embraced the authentic essence of yoga and set off on a journey of mindfulness and well-being with the knowledgeable assistance of well-known yoga instructors. With energizing asanas and relaxing pranayama, practitioners of all skill levels came together to discover the all-encompassing advantages of this age-old art. The occasion emphasized inner peace and mental wellness in addition to the value of physical health. We sincerely thank everyone who took part and helped to make this event a huge success.
