The Faculty of Engineering & Technology, SRMIST, Trichy organized a Workshop on “Python Programming – Pandas, Numpy” for the benefits of B. Tech I Year (CSE, & CSE-AIML) Students on 12.12.2022 (Monday) at Easwari Auditorium at 9.00 AM. The Session was handled by Dr. Suresh Kannaiyan, Ph.D., Founder and Managing Director of Menmozhi Technologies, Bangalore.
Earlier, Dr.V.Nivedita, Assistant Professor / CSE welcomed the gathering. Dr.R.Balasundaram, Associate Dean inaugurated the workshop. Dr.S.Jayasankari, HoDi/c, Department of CSE introduced the speaker.
The speaker interacted with the students and explained in detail about the richness of the library functions of Python Programming. Through this workshop, the students learned about indexing and slicing, of library functions, Pandas and Numpy. The speaker explained the concepts with Hands -on training. The session was fruitful to the students.
