Alumni Talk
The Department of Hotel Management, SRM IST, Tiruchirappalli campus organised an Alumni Talk for the students of hotel management on 05.08.2022. Mr. Natesan of B.Sc. H&CM (2014-17 Batch) who is working asAssistant Chef in Carnival Cruise shared his experienceabout college days and the importance of subjects and practical exposure in hotel management. He emphasised on the necessity of networking, building contacts and creating a good individual portfolio for the jobs in the hotel industry. He advised students to enrol in professional courses and utilize this pandemic period to upskill and improve their technical knowledge. The session was informative and interactive for the students and it was organized by Mr.Prakash, Alumni Coordinator, of Hotel Management.
