Rajasthani Cuisine

The cuisine that originated in Rajasthan and the surrounding region in India is known as the Rajasthan cuisine. The state of Rajasthan is famed for its rich regal culture and heritage. the arid nature of the region, the extreme climatic conditions, scarcity of water and vegetation have witnessed evolvement of unique cooking styles and food habits of the natives that is noticeably different from other Indian cuisines.

The students have been to Learning the Rajasthan cuisine culture, foods.

The event was  organized by 3rd year B.Sc. students and co-ordinated by Mr.R.Sundarapandiyanand  & Mr.M.Pravin.at TRP campus b block on 9th august at 12.30 pm to 2.30pm.the menu was jaljeera, dhal pahit, panneer tikka, katchori, samosa, meathi roti, aloof paratha, channa pulav, rajasthani chicken biriyani, steamed rice, kadai veg curry, aloo matter masala, egg masala, booonthi raitha, curd,p ickle, murugh kalamirchi, masala paprd.balushanthi,gulabjamun,coconut burfi,banana lassi,melon shake
