To enhance the artistic capability of our students of SRM, IST, Hotel Management, a Vegetable Carving event was organised on 27.7.2019. The participants came up with unimaginable art work beautifully depicted on the vegetables. The art works produced proved how God worked through their hands in a magical way. Attractive caricatures made out of fruits and vegetables by our III B.Sc. H&CM students were showcased.Chef. Sundrapandiyan was the coordinator for the event.
