Demonstration: Healthy Cooking
The demonstration for Healthy Cooking and Eating was organised at SRM Institute of Hotel Management, Tiruchirappalli campus on 29.07.2021. Being healthy is the result of eating healthy food. It becomes easier if we could say no to junk foods. This demonstration was attended by I year students of Occupational Therapy as they can help and train patients on how to stay healthy. This event was headed byMr. Antony Prince,the Vice Principal of Hotel Management.
