The College of Allied Health Sciences, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli campus organized “Onam Festival” on 24.08.2023 at SRM Auditorium to mark the visit of the Great King Mahabali.
The entire atmosphere was filled with traditional fervor and created memorable and joyful moments for all the students.
The event started with the traditional dance of Kerala, known as Thiruvathira by Kerala students.
The Highlights of Onam celebration were Athapookolam competition, Classical Dance, Silambam, group dance, Lucky Corner, and finally we had Chanda melam, the traditional music of Kerala performed.
The program was well organized by the Third-year Allied Health Science Students of SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Tiruchirappalli Campus.
